March 21, 2019 | Rukshana Jalil The Office of Career Planning and Professional Development at the Graduate Center is seeking to hire part-time summer assistance to continue the work of the Enhancing STEM Career Development project, funded by the CUNY Office of Continuing Education and Workforce Programs via the Career Success Initiative. (You can read more about this initiative here: http://www.naceweb.org/career-readiness/best-practices/initiative-boosts-career-competitiveness-of-cuny-grads/) This person would assist with: Researching and contacting employers Building and maintaining a website for the initiative Helping to scale program content via the production of recorded videos, podcasts, and other web-based resources Minimum qualifications: Currently enrolled in a GC graduate program in a STEM field Strong communication skills Collaborative and collegial Comfortable working both independently and in teams Knowledge of social media platforms, such as Twitter and Facebook.
