I am subletting my room from February 1st to June 30^th 2024. It’s in a really nice shared 2-bedrooms apartment.

The apartment is in Flatbush 4-5 blocks away form the Q and B subway at Church Avenue. It is also 10 min away from the F and G at Fort Hamilton Pkway. It’s 2 blocks away from Prospect Park. It is a pre-war apartment, with a big living room and full of light. The rent is $1000 plus services ($35 for internet, around $25 for electricity and $10 for gas regarding the month).

The 2nd roommate, Laura, is from Republica Dominicana. She is also a PhD student. The vibe of the apartment is quiet and friendly, with a few basic rules. It is very clean, we share the chores and we like to spend time together but we also have our quiet moments.
