January 31, 2019 | Rukshana Jalil For the first two weeks of the semester, Information Technology will station a specialist in the library’s second-floor lounge in order to help students (and faculty and staff, of course!) face-to-face with any IT-related problems they might be having: network IDs, Blackboard or CUNYFirst access, email accounts, password confusions, printing from laptops.
